Welcome to Angeles City Deals. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our websites and services. By accessing or using our platforms, you AGREE to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Angeles City Deals provides an online platform where consumers can discover, purchase, and redeem digital vouchers and exclusive promotions from local merchants. The platform also serves as a business directory where merchants can publish listings, advertise their services, and manage deals. These services are accessible via vouchers.angelescitydeals.com and/or angelescity.citydeals.live.
By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the website with parental or legal guardian supervision. If you are a merchant, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of a legally registered business and have the authority to bind that business to these Terms of Service.
Angeles City Deals is a FREE service designed exclusively for consumers and local merchants operating within Angeles City or the Clark Freeport Zone. Free directory listing is available only to businesses with a single existing branch or establishment physically located within the specified areas.
Businesses that operate outside these areas, or those with multiple branches, are not eligible for free listing in the directory. However, such businesses may contact the platform administrators to inquire about paid advertising opportunities, including sponsored posts or banner placements. These advertising requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval, as they are subject to availability and alignment with the platform's goals of supporting hyperlocal commerce.
To access certain features of the platform, both consumers and merchants may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Consumers must use vouchers in accordance with the specific terms set by the merchant, including validity dates, redemption limits, location restrictions, and other conditions. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Merchants are solely responsible for honoring the terms of their own offers. Angeles City Deals is not liable for any disputes arising between consumers and merchants in relation to voucher use.
All prices listed for vouchers are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Consumers may be required to pay for vouchers via secure third-party payment providers. Angeles City Deals does not store credit or debit card information. Merchants may be charged service fees, subscription costs, advertising fees, or a commission based on sales, subject to a separate agreement or clearly disclosed terms. All payments made are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
All voucher purchases are final. However, all refunds are handled by their respective merchants which may fall under, but not restricted to, certain circumstances, such as when a merchant fails to honor a valid voucher or if a consumer is unable to access or redeem the deal due to a technical or merchant-related issue. Requests for refunds should be directed to the respective merchant. For other issues, please contact support@angelescitydeals.com within seven (7) days of the issue. Each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds are issued by the product merchant.
Users of the platform, including both consumers and merchants, agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. Consumers agree not to misuse vouchers, harass merchants, or exploit system vulnerabilities. Merchants agree not to post misleading or fraudulent deals, or abuse the listing system. Use of the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates this policy.
All content on the websites, including logos, graphics, text, layouts, databases, and code, are the property of Angeles City Deals or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Merchants retain ownership of their logos and images but grant Angeles City Deals a non-exclusive license to display such materials for promotional purposes within the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
The websites may contain links to third-party websites or services for consumer convenience. Angeles City Deals is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party websites. Similarly, merchants are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their listed offers. We do not guarantee the quality of goods or services provided by merchants. Consumers are encouraged to contact merchants directly for inquiries about specific deals.
Angeles City Deals strives to offer a secure and accurate service, but we make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, or availability of our platform. Use of the website is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury arising from interactions between consumers and merchants.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this platform shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their ability to use and enjoy the site. You must NOT engage in any activity that is harassing, offensive, disruptive, or otherwise harmful to users, the website, or its reputation. In line with this, any merchant found to be involved in illegal activities such as, but not limited to, drug dealing, human trafficking, child pornography, prostitution, acts of violence, illegal gambling, extortion, or any activity that violates the laws and regulations of the government of the Philippines, will be permanently banned from using Angeles City Deals without prior notice. The website reserves the full right to investigate and remove such listings or accounts at its sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any merchant or user account, without prior notice, if we find credible evidence or receive consistent reports involving scamming, false representation, fraudulent contact information, or listing a non-existent business. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of fake addresses, impersonation, or knowingly misleading consumers.
Accounts may also be suspended or removed if they are the subject of multiple significant complaints from verified users, or are found violating platform integrity through deceptive practices. Our goal is to protect consumers and ensure trust in the directory.
We also reserve the right to take action on any behavior that, in our judgment, compromises the quality and safety of the platform. Reinstatement of suspended accounts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
